How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most items arrive within 5-7 business days.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Most items are shipped standard shipping and should arrive in 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee (with typical arrival in 1-3 business days).

Do you offer express or expedited shipping options?

Yes, expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

What are your shipping rates?

We charge a flat rate of $5 per order for our Pinnaments™.

What's the difference between standard shipping and expedited shipping?

Standard shipping will arrive in about 5-7 business days and expedited shipping should arrive in 1-3 business days as long as the order is placed by 12 noon ET.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, not at this time.

Is there a tracking number for my order?

Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment.

How do I track my order's shipping progress?

Please use the link provided in the shipping update.

Do you offer shipping updates via email or SMS? 

Yes! We offer updates via email. You will receive an email once your item has shipped with tracking number. You will also receive email updates of your package status as it makes it way to you. At this time we do not offer SMS updates.

What happens if my package gets lost or damaged during shipping?

We hate it when that happens! Please contact us at help@pinnament.com with the situation and we’ll do our best to help. If it arrived damaged, please do not discard the packaging before contacting us as we’ll ask for photos of both the packaging and the item.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Shipping addresses can be changed until the order is processed. After it’s been processed, we’re unable to change the shipping address. Please email us at help@pinnament.com to update your shipping address.

Can I reroute my package to a different address if I'm not available to receive it?

Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping costs?

YES! We’re happy to consolidate orders to simplify shipping and shipping costs for you.

Do you offer local pickup as an option?

No, but you will see us at select events as well as will soon be able to find us in retailers.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe?

We get frustrated when that happens to us too! Just like our PinnamentsTM celebrate moments in each of our journeys, the packages take a journey too! A tracking number should have been provided when your order shipped. It can help identify where your item may on its journey to you. If there’s an issue with the tracking number or the ornament never made it, please contact us at info@pinnament.com and we’ll check on the order for you.

Are there any delays expected during holidays or peak seasons?

We do our best to have inventory available, but as a small business, there are occasionally delays, especially for customized products. We’ll do our best to communicate with you if there are any unforeseen delays in shipping your product to you.

What is your return policy for items that arrive late or damaged?

Personalized items cannot be returned, but we’ll try to make it right if something arrives damaged. Please contact us at help@pinnament.com if your item arrived damaged and include your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos the item so we can help.

Product details and features

What are the key features of this product?

Pinnaments™ are US manufactured, sustainably sourced wood ornaments that include our patent pending approach to display your pins. Pinnaments™ do not damage your pin, so the pin can be removed and still worn, if you chose to do so. Depending on which style Pinnament™ you purchase, you will be able to insert the pin posts into the pin and easily remove it or you may need to insert the hex key (included with shipments) to remove the pin from the semi-permanent mount.

How does this product work?

Pinnaments™ have a small hole that blends into the design on the front of the ornament where you can insert a post from a lapel pin and display your collected pins.

Pinnaments™ for two post-pins have a hole for the top post and a slot for the second post on the front of the ornament.

What materials is this product made from?

Sustainably sourced American hardwoods like American Cherry.

What are the dimensions and weight of the product?

Most Pinnaments™ are approximately 4 inches. Please see each product’s description for its individual dimensions.

Our display frames range in size from 8” to 30” tall and 22” to 26” wide.

Is this product available in different sizes/colors/variants?

Yes! We offer our namesake Pinnaments™ in two versions.

The first version (standard) is the easily removable pin version. Pins can be pushed into the designated pin spot and then pulled to remove.

The second version is the semi-permanent mounting version. A hex key (included with purchase) needs to be inserted in on the slot along the side of the Pinnament™ to tighten/loosen the mechanism that holds the pin in place when it’s been inserted into the designated pin spot.

We also offer select series without our patent-pending Pinnament™ mounting approach. This version does NOT allow a pin to be added to the ornament.

Where do I add my pin?

National Parks series: the pin hole is located in the arrowhead, just above the mountains.

Western series: the pin hole is located in the middle of the two horseshoes or in the center of the cow’s head.

Are there any specific care instructions for this product?

Please store your Pinnaments™ in a clean, dry space.

Can this product be used for indoor/outdoor purposes?

Pinnaments™ are suitable for for indoor use only. As they are made of natural wood, they may show minor warping or fading over time.

Is this product currently in stock?

We do our best to have inventory available, but as a small business, there are occasionally situations where a product is out of stock. We’ll do our best to communicate with you if there are any unforeseen delays in shipping your product to you.

Will this product be restocked in the future?

On the rare occasion that a product is out of stock, we work to quickly restock the item. However, there may be a 1-2 week delay in restocking, depending on time of year.

Can I pre-order this product?

Yes! Keep your eye on our website as we frequently add products that are in the final stages of development. If you want first access to our newest items, join our mailing list! Our friends on the mailing list get the opportunity to order first.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Personalized items cannot be returned, but we’ll try to make it right if something arrives damaged. Please contact us at help@pinnament.com if your item arrived damaged and include your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos the item so we can help with an exchange.

How many days do I have to initiate an exchange?

Exchanges for damaged items must be requested within 30 days of delivery of the item.

What items are eligible for returns or exchanges?

Only items that have been damaged during the shipping process can be exchanged.

Can I return or exchange a personalized/customized item?

Unfortunately, no. Personalized items cannot be returned. If they were damaged during the shipping process, please contact us at help@pinnament.com with your order number, photos of the item and photos of the packaging.

Can I return an item that has been opened/used?

We do our best to test all Pinnaments™ before shipment, but if it arrives and does not function as designed, please contact us help@pinnament.com for assistance.

Do I need to include all original packaging and accessories when returning an item?

Yes. If you purchased a semi-permanent version of a Pinnament™, the hex key that was included in shipment must be returned.

Can I return or exchange a damaged or defective item?

If they were damaged during the shipping process, please contact us at help@pinnament.com with your order number, photos of the item and photos of the packaging.

How long does it take to process a refund or exchange?

We will ship the replacement item as soon as the damaged item is received.

Can I exchange the item for a different size/color/model?

We will do our best to accommodate changes between the standard and semi-permanent Pinnaments™; however, there may be a cost difference for the new item that must be paid before it will ship.

Do I need to provide photos or evidence of the damage when requesting an exchange?
